You can obtain information about your personal accounts  24 hours per day, seven days a week at (915) 231-2525.

Get balance information, debits and credits, current rates, even have your statement faxed to you so you can reconcile your account before your monthly statement arrives in the mail.

To get started, please call (915) 231-2500 and one of our customer service representatives will give you a personal identification number (PIN) for your first call into the system. After you use this PIN number for your first call, you will be asked by the system to change the PIN number to one of your choosing.
